NAO Talent was created by Amelia Olivia and Niamh Plunkett with one clear focus: to help creators build careers that are lasting, fulfilling and strategically positioned for long-term success.

The agency was born out of first-hand experience. Working together on Amelia’s career showed us how far a creator can go when there is clear strategy, aligned goals and a partnership that works in practice every single day. There was a gap in the market for management that understands both sides of the table. As creators and managers ourselves, we saw how essential it is to balance commercial growth with positioning, longevity and enjoyment of the process.

We provide more than management;  we create a framework that allows creators to grow, to diversify and to achieve both financial success and career sustainability.
